Tell Us Your Story

As we approach the 20th Anniversary of September 11th, 2001, Suffolk County is compiling stories from the community of their experiences on this tragic day. These accounts will one day serve as the first hand, historical record for future generations.

We are seeking a range of perspectives; whether you lost a loved one, served as a first responder, worked or lived in the surrounding community, or were impacted by the first-hand experiences of your family, your story is significant. Theses narrations will tell the many stories of Suffolk residents, and create a collective account for years to come.

We thank you for participating in this important endeavor, as we pay tribute to this solemn day in our nation’s history.
